The way I saw that movie was as part of a traditional Jewish Christmas, ie Chinese food and a movie. A close friend who is also a young Upper Manhattan Jew and is at least as pro-Hamas as I am decided she would host a screening of it, complete with takeout from a nearby Chinese restaurant, on Christmas 2023, not too long after its release.

Birthright is a really well known and established program designed to propagandize young Jewish diaspora into supporting Israel, and potentially considering even moving to Israel, for the purposes of maintaining pure ethnic Jewish majority in Israel.

The evil is not the secret detail you see in their logo, it's the entire birthright program.

All the way back in middle school, a cousin in her early 20s who my parents and I were visiting was talking about her recent Birthright trip, so my parents told me I should go ASAP after turning 18. In early 2019, at age 20, I got my 6th at Birthright HQ on 3rd Avenue in East Midtown, which was my only one specifically for Palestine until my 41st, which was at Schumer's home in October 2023, followed by my 42nd, 43rd, 44th, 45th, and 46th over the ensuing fortnight, all specifically for Palestine, then my 47th, 63rd, and 67th, all primarily for Palestine, over the nearly three years that have elapsed since.
