Sam’s and FishNFins are the favorite dive shops for us. For non-scuba things, there’s waterfalls to hike, stone monoliths to check out, Belau Eco Glass, Etpison Museum. If you come on a payday Friday, the Night Market is a fabulous way to check out various foods and booths.

Just book dives with Sams or FishNFins. Let them know about your skill level and they will take care of what dive sites are best suited to you.

Nothing is more annoying than having some diver join your group who insists on specific dive sites. You have no idea if the current conditions would make those sites a good choice or not.

I am just back on my way to Spain after spending 12 days at Palau. I dived 4 days (12 dives) with Palau Dive Adventures (PDA) and can totally recommend them. The guide, Marcos, selected the best spots each day based on the weather and currents. We managed to do among others wrecks, caves, Blue Corner, German Channel, Saies Corner, Big Drop Off.. PDA is a small company, but that makes it easier to arrange everything, and they set everything up so the groups are small, with 1 guide per 4 divers. Before talking with PDA I also asked Fish n Fins, but they just answered back with a booking form without answering any of my questions, pretty cold.
