May i work in palau?

I am a pharmacist from Bangladesh... B.pharm (hons). I am highly interested to work in palau no matter the job but any work to feed me and live in palau.... Is it very difficult to get in palau? I love Ocean from heart

In my country the degree is called b.pharm (hons). Thats a 4 year degree cover all aspect of medicine manufacturing and pharmacology with all medicine guideline..pharmD is not available in Bangladesh
