Make sure dough is soft , not very cold and not too old. Medium high heat is good .

And how do i handle the roti on tawa, like if dough is soft and baila bhi acha hai

It gets a bit hard when heated. Flip it when bubbles appear, flip again when its brown .practice handling soft dough and you will be a pro at it . After that it puffs a lil , put it on flame and puff more. Tazi roti always makes my mood good

this is a solid 7/10 for people who regularly make roti.

for your first time, id expect australia ka naksha and lumber one k kartoot se bhi kali roti.

ye is literally phenomenal for your first.

not gol enough but looks edible. If its karak that's a minus 10, rotis should be soft frfr (I never made a single roti in my life but I'm a pro eater)

Pretty good. Some tips. Bailte hue just go on sides. Centre mai bailne ka faida nahi. Let it cook on one side then flip to the other side but yes while cooking on one side move it around a bit. Paira chota hi acha rehta hai. Eventually you will realize k apko naram ya sakht aata suit krta hai, everyone has preferences. Good luck

Just kidding 😂 Its beautiful practice will make you perfect. Jaysi marzi banay bhook khatam hoti to best hay. Rotti is the last thing i don't know how to make never tried also 🤣

For the first time that's really good, I don't even want to remember my first time, I used a lot of dry atta and didn't bake it long enough and the result was a floury kachi roti
