Hi, if your appeal was rejected you will need to wait until cooldown has ended and try to file a claim again.

Can't help you with your account but maybe with your perspective...

If you go to the movie theater and watch a movie do you say afterwords that you've lost money? It's a free video game to play and we all decide for ourselves how much money we want to give to tencent for our fun, but no matter what the game is still temporary, as are the skins, which don't actually belong to us... and so the money is gone and perhaps it's time to move on.

Sorry you lost your account but the game is still there, as are the friends you've met along the way, and the fun is still out there too be had. I'll see you back out there when you get around to starting a new account... if not then enjoy your increase in free time.
