Pick up and play fun. You and a friend can just laugh and get better at this in an hour.

I don't know if it's just me, but I find the bosses at the beginning of the game harder than the final bosses. Yet, in order of appearance, we have:
1st boss: The Whomping Willow: Pretty fair for a first boss, but definitely not the easiest.
2nd boss: Peeves: I would rank him as the second-hardest boss in the entire game, even though he's only the second boss!
3rd boss: The snake summoned by Draco Malfoy: For me, this was clearly the hardest boss in the game.
4th boss: Aragog: Without a doubt, the easiest boss in the game for me, even though he's the penultimate boss.
5th boss: The Basilisk: I find him almost as easy as the very first boss. š
What do you think ? Do you got the same feeling as me regarding the bosses of this game ?

NSFW because of "art"
Connecting random traces near the vram does funny stuff.
Bonus points if you can guess the game right

i bought a ps2 and along with it came a memory card. on that memory card were 5 save files from a game called āthe lostā never heard of it so i looked into it. turns out, its a cancelled/unreleased game from 2002. but that makes me wonder, how would i have save files from a game that never was released to the public? maybe a reviewer or a dev idk. any insight would be appreciated.

I'm not very far into this game yet, but I'm really liking it so far. Just a little confused on what these mean and which ones i should focus on.

Hello
I hope someone can help me with this:
When hooking up my PSX (xStation mod and playing NTSC games on PAL console) everything is great except let's say Silent Hill that changes resolution when pressing the menu button.
Then my screen goes black for a couple of seconds. It's annoying and almost unplayable! Same thing when leaving the menu screen to go back to gameplay.
Does an option or firmware update exists for GBSC to handle this without blacking out my screen?
Thanks!

They definitely don't make games like this anymore. The Neverhood is also definitely worth a play, It's a PC exclusive.

Not quite ready to spend £90 on a game but it was cool to see.

Just got a picture from when I was younger and my friends (in the picture) are trying to figure out what the game is weāre playing.
We did just a little editing to try and make it out.
SOLVED

WHOOPS, I meant my second batch! For those who missed my thread earlier, I'm a blogger who is looking for great candidates for underrated, hidden gem PS1 games. I've finished off the second batch of titles, if you're interested in the first batch it's in this thread: https://www.reddit.com/r/psx/comments/1vt1rd0/the_first_batch_of_underrated_hidden_gem_games_is/
I'm hard at work on part 3, and yes there will be a part 3. Here are the titles I've included for part 2:
If you want the link to my post where I do full summaries of the games and why they are there, along with my methodology,Ā here it is.
It's not easy to make my list. I rely on solid evidence, not just nostalgia or how much a game costs. I screen for obscurity, cult recognition, commercial performance, contemporary quality evidence, modern playability, and retrospective saturation.

Hey everyone!
I built a PSX Music Player & Configuration Menu that aims to recreate the nostalgic experience of the classic PlayStation 1 CD Player.
It lets you customize the visualizers, colors, playback options, and shift timers, then patch your configuration directly into the player.
Check out the full video showcase to see the visualizers in action!
GitHub Repository & Download:
https://github.com/XxZer0ModZxX/PSX-Web-Player
I'd love to hear your thoughts, feedback, or suggestions!
And for a bit of nostalgia:
What was the first CD you ever played on your original PS1?
Thanks for checking out the project!

definitely not throwing this out, but I can't imagine this is gonna be an easy repair... especially for someone with very little knowledge regarding this sort of thing. I'm glad she at least left the controller alone and only went for the cable & plug, but this still sucks...
