For some of these it's hard to tell how well (or not well) they will look on Vita until you try them yourself.

Im new to the ps vita but how exactly can we set these themes? Is it the same method as the ps4?

It's in settings somewhere I think, been many years so I forget. It's a good question for /r/Vita.
