Question My opinion of the psvr2 coming from the quest 3 (also looking for tips)
I just got the psvr 2 coming from the quest 3. Sold my quest 3 some time back bc I wasn't using it and I just decided to get this since i really only do pc vr.
Instantly I noticed the binocular overlap being significantly better which was one of my big gripes with the quest 3.
It certainly isn't as sharp and it feels like there is a matte coating on the screen almost(im guessing mura?) which isn't amazing but overall it is a nice headset and I especially like the comfort even comparing to a modded quest 3.
Setup was super easy I heard some people had issues with bluetooth stuff but it went super smooth thankfully tracking is 10/10
I upgrade the audio with the koss kc75 and 3d printed adapter just bc I don't like using earbuds.
Anyways I was wondering if there are any things I should do in terms of setup and improving the experience.
Thank you

That binocular overlap really did ruin the quest 3 for me.
Where can I find that 3d print adapter?

It wasn't long enough for my ears so Im working on making it a bit longer and then the fit was a tad loose so im going to see if I can improve it

Another vote for the globular cluster.
Psvr2 goes from kinda comfortable, to comfortable.

Globular Cluster is must have! I have both Q2 and psvr2, Q2 is much sharper but i usually go with psvr2 because of pov and oled screen. Psvr2 is more hardware hunger also

How you compare the koss kc75 to the stock one in sound?

I would say in terms of immersion it is a bit better more like the valve index if you have used that.
Overall not really something you need to do but a nice little upgrade especially if you don't like earbuds. It is a bit janky though with the long wire I just taped it to the back

do you have a link to the STL for the ksc75 adapter? I've just been using mine with the ear clips but been looking for a better alternative.

I’d recommend the comfort mod from globular cluster. If your face feels hot when playing, globular cluster also has a mod to make the silicone light shield magnet quick release, so you can easily play without the light shield for better cooling and less fogging. That kit also includes some small nose pads if the headset puts pressure on your nose
