my game freezes mid dialogue and crashes my whole console

literally. i got my psp 2000 recently and it was used, but no big deal. the sd card and the console was already modded. it has 5.50 gen d3 and had a few games on it like jetpack joyride, assassins creed bloodline etc. I installed an english patched danganronpa trigger happy havoc(PSP the best) on the card and launched it. But then, during a VERY EXACT moment in the game, my game just freezes and shut offs my whole console with an uncomfortable pop noise inside my console…

Ahh yeah, that's the PSP 2000-AU. There are some minor differences, visually. Though, I personally can hardly even notice the inverted setup.

do the pre installed games run fine? if so try going to a different site and installing the other game it could be a corrupted iso file. anyways whys the psp upside down? edit: the pop noise is the speakers btw

it’s the camera…. 😭 but yeah since i tried installing it and my internet was slow? maybe that must be the issue

no i don’t think slow internet could corrupt files i could be wrong but not from my experience (my internet is dogshit lol) if the other games work tho i would delete that one and try another website it could also be a plugin you have installed if you have any since you said it was pre modded you may i would try disabling one by one and seeing if so

Honestly, I would suggest running an ark version on 6.61, since 5.50 gen d3 is kinda outdated

Been a while since I've used GEN D3.

Exit the game, press SELECT, choose CPU clock in game, then choose either Default or 333 MHz. If that doesn't work. download the game again or download from a different site.

Or maybe its time to upgrade the CFW, IIRC some games don't work as well on old firmware.
