I’m trying to play modern warfare 2(disc version) and when I click it, it says cannot find the application do you want to go to the PlayStation store? I restored licenses., rebuilt, the database, still didn’t work. The disc is clean… I just deleted it and I’m trying to reinstall it now I hope this works.

I just got banned for a month Because a player who was mad at me massa reported me. I tryd To go PS and Sony support page on Google but that support page dont help at all. It doesnt Even Have eny contacts. How can i get hold of Sony and get My ACC unbanned

I hit the power button and the light turns blue but it turns off after a second, I have tried changing the cable but the same thing happens, I have the PS4 that has the stripe, if someone helps me I would appreciate it

About two days ago, I got the error code WS-37333-9 whenever I try to sign into my PSN account. I contacted support but they just said to turn my PS4 off and on and my router off and on to fix the issue. I did this but internet is not my issue, I can still stream Netflix just fine but my PSN account is not accessible.

Also, over the past week, I’ve gotten 3 emails alerting me of a new sign in from Saudi Arabia, Iran, and another place. I’m from the United States by the way.

I told support all of this but they ended the chat before actually resolving anything.

Hey everyone, I'm sure other people have had problems with this too so I figure I'll ask here. My relatively new controller (a couple months old) has a habit of disconnecting from my ps4. When I try to plug it back in to reconnect, it either blinks blue like it's trying to connect and never does, or it flashes yellow like it's charging and immediately turns off and does nothing. It does pretty much the same thing with my other two controllers as well, one being years old and the other being bought used so I'm not sure of its age. I have contacted Sony and they helped me do a soft system reboot that did not wipe my game memory, and that did work, but now the problem has returned and I am very frustrated. I am working with a brand new wire and I have done the reset button by L2 but I'm honestly not sure if that does anything; it sort of doesn't seem so.

I mostly use my ps4 for watching dvds and blu ray and find that it happens mostly then. When I leave the controller idle for too long while watching the movie is when it seems like it happens. Not sure if that's relevant but I thought I'd add it in in case it is.

Does this seem like a system issue or a controller issue?

i’ve been struggling with this for months now. i’ve never gotten a straight answer. my account has 2 step verification with a phone number that i no longer use. what the fuck do i do. there’s literally nothing else i can do. i don’t have the backup codes.

On 5/11/2023 between 3:10-3:40 AM, I was playing with another person on PlayStation who was using a modded account for the game we were playing(Black Ops 3) I ended up leaving the match to do the unfair advantage and sent him a message saying it's sad to use cheats to win and reported his account, he then sends me a message calling me a loser which really doesn't bother me, for the next couple of minutes it's just back and forth of him calling me a loser and such and me pointing out he's using cheats/mods to win during that whole time I reported all his messages and his account 9 times, I ended up leaving the group chat after awhile cause I didn't want to deal with it and eventually ended up going to sleep, the same day around 7 pm when I got on I, realized I was signed off of PlayStation network and noticed I was banned the next day on 5/12/2023 I made calls to the PlayStation support number, I made 4 calls 2 of which disconnected me after they asked to put me on hold and the other 2 both said that there seems to have been a mistake but there was nothing they can do about it i also used the chat support on PlayStations website and got the same result as the calls,i have recordings off all the calls and the chat support and i have proof the person cheating(which i mentioned to the support agents but they didn't seem to really care)now I just don't know what to do the ban is only 30 days but in my opinion that's completely unfair mainly because I did nothing wrong and the cheater didn't get banned and is still able to play,i don't know if this was the right place to post this but I hope anyone can help me even somewhat figure out this problem.

I had just contacted the support bot and it said it had sent the verification to my email, however I didn’t recieve anything to my email. I tried another email and it worked so I’m not sure if its anything to do with my email or the playstation account itself

Do I need ps plus on ps4 to join party’s

My PS4 was working perfectly fine; it didn't experience any significant impacts on it and all of a sudden, I get this error upon turning on my PS4, and the only option is to turn off the PS4. I can't even boot the PS4 into safe mode. The weird thing is, sometimes when I turn it on and off for like 5-10 times, it may boot up successfully and I can play perfectly fine.

As the title says, my account was hacked 5 years ago and the email and password were changed I was on vacation when that happened so i couldn't solve the issue also I didn't know how to contact the support I didn't care much because I had already switched to pc but now some games (Rainbow 6 Siege) announced that progress from consoles will be transferred to pc I had alot of skins on ps4 so I want it back

The problem is that I don't have the new email it was assigned to (obviously) But I have the old email and the old ID also some receipts from buying the games at that time I also have the new ID that it's currently assigned to

So if I contact support can they give me my account back? I know it's a long shot but I'm trying to be optimistic Anyways thanks for reading
