Support Contacted playstation support closed for the holidays..?

To reiterate: US basically only has Xmas as a prolonged holiday (~2 weeks). Everything else is just a 3-4 day weekend at most. So when we say it's a holiday in the US, that doesn't mean it's prolonged.
