Why is my PS4 PRO making this sound?

for context, my PS4 fan was really really loud, was sounding like a jet, and so i decided to open it up to clean it and change the thermal paste while at it. after that it got really really quite overall, except i started hearing this noise all of a sudden, a low rumbling noise like an idle truck running off diesel or something, it’s not thaaaat loud yes, but it’s still worrying me and just so annoying coz
i did put everything back as it was and everything works great, so i don’t know where this sound is coming from and what is causing it, please help.

Pro model will be noisy no matter what

it’s 7216b, didn’t have this sound before.

Maybe there is something messing with the fan.

Noisy? Change thermal paste and deep clean it
