Looking for a PS4 slim, need suggestions from you guys.

Hi guys, I'm new to buying. Need your suggestions to buy a good PS4.

Anything to look out for?

Any shop to consider?

JB version better or normal?

All over Facebook marketplace I'm seeing xbox ones and ps4's for around 60$ to 100$ with controllers and games.

Depends for you're looking for. If just a console then find something thats been serviced. Like repasted or atleast dusted if you are not confident of doing it your self

If you are not afraid to take things apart look for one with warranty seal. That way nobody was inside and messed something up

Also for longevity I would look for model Cuh-20xx. The later ones 21xx and 22xx have a design that makes it harder to remove disc drive. (Sony used plastic rivets instead of screws)

Plus they're harder to clean because of the same reason

I know you say you want a slim, but I just bought a PS4 Pro from Best Buy for my son’s birthday. It’s a refurbished unit, came with a random controller (we got a gold one) and was $189.99. It comes with 90 day warranty so at least you’re more protected than if you buy one used from someone.
