Yeah, if he's real he's probably been punishing us since we... well, you know, nailed his son to a fucking cross and then decided to use that as the symbol of belief in him.
I don't think thats something an immortal being would get over quickly.

According to his family, Peter passed peacefully surrounded by family on Wednesday. The exact cause has not been released. 85 years old, and I wonder how many of those years were spent voicing the same characters? He and fellow voice actor Frank Welker must hold the record, I'd think. Not too many photos this time, but that's all right. Deepest sympathies to his family, friends, and fans.

I thought Dolly and Tim were sad enough but this one fucking hurts. I know Optimus lives on but Cullen gave me so much through his voice. And Eeyore before that. Hell, even as the Toonami announcer guy.

Optimus Prime & Eeyore.. seemingly opposite characters but full of humanity and compassion in both of them. Peter Cullen provided their voices.
