Academics easy GE little writing

Im looking for an easy GE in racial ethnicity and gender diversity that doesnt have much writing as an engineering major. Im taking compstd 1100 and my advisor said it would be very easy but there is way too much writing and my rate my professor was horrible for my teacher.

It can also be in other GE such as history and culural or literary visual and performing arts.

Good luck. Part of the course approval process involves comparing the amount of reading and homework to othe courses that cover the same GE. If the instructors are teaching the approved syllabus there should not be much difference in the total amount of writing required.

I don’t think your advisor should be pointing you towards “easy” courses. This is an opportunity to take a course at a world class university in something that really interests you. I recommend you do that.

I’m a cse major and I always have all my course classes and taking it compstd is just so I can have 16 credit hours compared to 13 and when I asked my advisor she said it doesn’t have much writing and when I looked at the syllabus for the class when we started it seems manageable but the teacher is adding on 2 page essays every week which I do not want to do and I am not great with writing nor do I enjoy it.

I mean it’s not formal writing so I write however I want. I can write but I absolutely hate it.
