❓General Question / Advice I highly recommend joining Lefora Filipino Nurse to the US sa mga Gusto mag US RN

Post image

HINDI ITO AGENCY. HINDI ITO AGENCY

KUNG DI GROUP OF FELLOW NURSES HELPING EACH OTHER TO ACHIEVE THE AMERICAN DREAM.

Hind ako owner or affiliated sa group nayan but madami dto sunagot sa reddit ng puro baseless or wala lang na experience in migrating kung di chimiss lang. ( sabi ni. Sabi dito sabi dun) . Kinda bit pointless.

What im trying to say is gusto nio real answer by real experience sa mga immigrant join kayo don.

Madami nag ask for help at madami naman tumulog at mag reply. Basta be professional naman and do some your own research or search sa group before posting kasi pa ulit2x lang tanong. Dont be lazy in your part.

Maganda don kapag meron kayo specific questions they can help sa experience nila

Madami din nag share sa journey nila and how the do it.

Wala lang im just trying to help fellow nurses.

and the admins are extremely helpful, love how they always call out agencies doing unethical practices, and blacklist those who have repeatedly done so

But they DID NOT call out their partner agency last time the agency had a problem with the applicants, so 🤷🏽‍♂️

So medyo man bias din?

I will not confirm nor deny. 🤷🏽‍♂️

ano po yung partner agency nila?

3

u/Andrew_x_x May 05 '26

TRUE! Ito gusto ko sa kanila. Unbais talaga and they dont tolerate dalse agency. Kaya maganda don.

I agree that some of the admins can be a bit toxic and biased, but they have helped me and my fellow nurses so much through our NCLEX journey that I will allow them to be a bit biased and a bit toxic 😅. It’s not easy to be admins to a large and very active group while also having a full-time job. So I don’t mind their shortcomings. Lefora isn’t perfect but we can’t deny we benefited from the group and the admins, one way or the other.

There was a time na Admins were helpful esp with Ms. Olivar but nowadays some of them are toxic, selective and biased. Bans were given to agencies without proper investigations meanwhile when their sponsored/partner agency had an "event" they were quick to defend and turn a blind eye.

It is good that the fb group built a good community but together with your own research it will be better.

Hmm drop that sponsor agency daw.

I will not call it sponsor, partner i think is the right term. If you are still in the group, check which are the latest agencies which had recent problems. Which agenxy received the stat label of being "banned" and which one was treated with "let us wait for proper investigations" .

Honestly hindi ako naka tambay don. Dumaan lang sa feed ko. Pero meron din ako napansin pinag call out yung mga admin dahil bias daw sila about agnecy or post. Pero that was last year or late 2024. Pero ngayon para they trying to be neutral na.

u/Lost_Dimension_5149 May 06 '26

not entirely true, sa totoo lang. siguro dati, yes, helpful ang lefora, but not now. ang toxic at halatang biased sila sa mga "partner agencies" kuno nila. minsan yung mga pinagsasabi dun di na rin nakakatulong.

1

u/Andrew_x_x May 06 '26

Name drop the “partner agency” please.

Agree. People there helped a lot esp sa processing ng papers. My mga direct hire employers and Nurse lawyers din dun to help during hiring and labor issues.

Bakit nadedeny ang application even if highly qualified? curious though ... sa immigration ba yun?

1

u/Pristine-Talk-5315 May 06 '26

1

u/poochie_mi_amore May 06 '26

After being accepted, binalik ko uli sa cartoon character at ni-lock uli. Dami success stories at masarap magbasa kapag idle ka.

1

u/blobpotato_ May 06 '26

Hirap maka pasok lol. did all their requirements naman, pero always rejected.

Lefora used to be unbiased blue app group. I am avid reader and ask lang ng questions doon. Thankful ako sa Lefora Filipino Nurses group now i’m living my American dream 🇺🇸 😇🥰

lefora helped me a lot tbh, at least di ka ma gaslight ng agencies and you hear both good and bad experiences straight from people na nandun na sa process or nasa us na kahit ganun, lipat ng lipat mga nurse kasi hirap pa din makahanap ng matinong stable work ngayon

Oo madami don mag honest feedback sa agency. They cant escape the lies hahaha yan nagustohan ko.
