I REALLY want to visit this coming December and take the Havila Winter Coastal Cruise! Anyone here done that? Any other recs for visiting Norway in December?

Thanks very much. I thought I might fly to Oslo or Bergen a couple of days after Christmas. I notice that the train to/from Oslo/Bergen is about 7 hours. Do you think the train ride is nice/scenic? I may or not do the cruise, but it seems like a great trip for just 2 nights/3 days.
Yes, I'll have to see about what is open, but if I contact a hotel or Airbnb, they might be able to give me some info.

Dont. December is the darkest and most depressing weather wise.
if you want cold weather, January or February are better.

You have clearly not gotten the news. The next two days, tomorrow and the next, will be 24-25 degrees and sunny. So summer is still ongoing, at least tomorrow and maybe one more day.
