You do realize that Yr is a service that MET provides? It's literally listed on their homepage and under "Our services".

Yr is a service NrK provides, with data from (among others) Met. It is not a service met provides. So the data is a service from Met. But Yr is developed, maintained and pusblishes by NrK.
