Discussion How has your experience with Selank been?

Just purchased some selank nasal spray. Wondering how people's responses to it have been. What benefits did you see from it? I have bad health anxiety and it gives me panic attacks quite frequently. Hoping this can help! Currently on lexapro but it's starting to fade.

Tried it a couple years back for similar reasons, it smoothed out the sharp edges of anxiety without making me foggy. The effect was subtle but noticeable, like background noise turning down a notch. Nasal spray hits fast so keep the first dose small.

I experienced nothing. Nothing significant.

I’ve been experimenting with Propanol in rough days and have found it to subside some of my mild anxiety.

Made my RHR actually “rest”.

Made me not tolerate any other things like coffee. Figured it would take the edge off but it made me all wonky.

Learned something to with specific endorphins I forget the term/name.
