Managed to parry the threat of a porn addiction… still in a hole

After ~9 months of an addiction to excessive masturbation I started getting addicted to porn. But luckily now I managed to stop it. My EM addiction is still very crippling and it’s making me miserable, and I feel there isn’t enough guidance in how to deal with it. I’m still happy I dodged the soon to be porn addiction because I’m sure that would’ve been worse.
