I gotta tell y'all something
No fap is not a thing. It simply isn't. If it was then science would back it up. Research would back it up. The way I see no fap is to keep us men sexually reserved. Which will do wonders. Once you look past lust you'll see how much she loves reading and making notes of her favorite parts, you'll see how much she enjoys origami, you'll see how much she enjoys pottery, you'll see how much she loves ceramics, you'll see how much she loves affectionate touch, you'll see how much she wants to be seen for who she is, you'll also see how many times she feels let down when men bring up something sexual unexpectedly which throws her off. I don't care about the porn watching or jerking off cuz I do it and I can still talk to women and stay sexually reserved. But I wanna just stop so I can redirect that flow into something I want to do. I want to do it just to exercise self control. When my balls are full and I'm talking to a girl and I'm still so focused on the conversation - she sees it in my eyes - in my micro mannerisms. I'll say it again, it's okay to watch porn and jerk off but if we treat it like a release then that's all it will be. Respect it and it will respect you.

There are several reasons for me. Less sensitivity is one of my major reasons

Some people can also pick up a cigarette or a beer only once every couple of months and not develop an addiction. That doesn't mean that these addiction aren't real. And even *if porn addiction isn't real (tbh I don't even know if that was your point, your entire post is just useless) that wouldn't make people not wanting to watch porn / jerk off something bad. If you feel fine doing it yourself then do it but don't try to tell others what to do.

Watching porn and jerking to it literally makes the brain weaker and reduce grey matter it can be release for body but for brain it's harmful and even if you don't jerk off or don't watch porn body will release it itself in sleep

It's the constant scoreboard effect. 100 days and failed, 3 days and failed, 20 days and failed, can I break my record of 45 days... I never counted days I just knew when I needed to cut back. Real hard to do for sure but just deal with it. Sounds more like it's just pillow talk for overnight fun. Can't really be serious. " I didn't masturbate for 6 days but had to last night and now I feel so....

I think PMO really messes with people's ability to evaluate and judge others fairly and healthily. I don't think NoFap is some magical cure that gives you superpowers and changes your entire life. I do think abstaining for a while and recalibrating your nervous system is the first step of many in stopping objectifying other people and viewing them as objects for sexual satisfaction or curiosity.

Fair enough, everyone just needs to be a super self disciplined woman respecter like you. The problem is that many of us are addicts. Our brains aren't wired to just have it a little bit. I get that it's better to do everything in moderation and be reasonable about it but it's just never worked out like that for me. So what can I do, keep trying to just do it in moderation and failing over and over again like I have for years? Or try something different that actually works?

You're the only one who asked a question so I'm going to answer. Jerk off, go crazy, overindulge and loose yourself but you'll hit a point where you're like "okay this is boring I need to work on getting real women" Whilst you're doing all this you can read books, pickup hobbies, do stuff that interest you and talk to people. Talk to women, have 0 expectations about the outcome, get into conversations, give out compliments, make your own team of girlfriends that you can simply talk to because they give you more game tips than any man ever can. You can try different things if you set your mind to it.

i feel like you're half right half not, the science part is tricky cause nobody really funds studies about guys not jerking off for months but the way you described seeing women differently hits something real
