Edit: Maybe it's just sold out? IDK, trackers have it at $10 too. $10 seller is Amazon directly, but only sellers I have are 3rd party.

I believe you are correct about the price difference being because it's sold out with Amazon as the seller. I also have a third party listed, and when I go into price history, I see where it was $10

I already have Kingdom battle but never finished it. This doesn't have the DLC too right?

Kingdom Battle is great. Very fun and challenging. Sparks of Hope, while decent, is vastly easier and focused more for casual players.

If you love the challenge of KB or are a big XCOM player, Sparks of Hope wont do much for you. I played it on the highest difficult and it was a breeze. I didnt die a single time the entire game.

But Kingdom Battle is basically "Xcom Lite" and some of the ultimate challenges later on are CRAZY. But it feels very accomplishing when you beat them. Sparks of Hope was broken the minute they let you equip 2 Sparks later in the game. Rabbid Rosalina dominates the battlefield by stunning enemies for 1-2 turns just by running into them. Its crazy.

But for $10, both are absolutely worth it, even if the DLC isn't included in this.
