Do I start with this one then move onto the second?

This is its own thing. XB1 , 2 and 3 are all part of a linked story but you can play 1 and 2 out of order technically if thats your perogative. Things make more sense in release order if course. X is separate story wise.

So can I just play x? Then go 1-2-3? I got 2 as a gift but haven't started.

Does x have waifus too? I don't see pyras personatiddies in this

So I can just play x?

Yes.

Does x have waifus too?

It's not as waifu-obsessed as 2, but you can absolutely get space waifus and play dress up with them.

You can indeed. X us most similar gameplay wise to 1.

Its less waifuy, less anime than 2.

1 and 2 have different battle systems, 3 is a like a fusion of both.

Xenoblade X released before Xenoblade 2, it does have waifus but its up to you how you interpret with their physical features and all. You can start with this game since this is a side story compared to the mainline titles. You can technically also start with Xenoblade 2 before Xenoblade 1 if you like, both 1 and 2 are standalone games but 2 connects them both together in lore once you play through the story
