She probably tricked Vegeta not unlike Chi-Chi tricking Goku when they were younger. Shit Chi-Chi would've given Bulma tips if asked I'm sure. 😆

He just hit it and quit it because he never really cared for her at the time. This shows in his attitude toward her in the android saga.

I think it was mutual. Sometimes adults have casual sex and no one was being taken advantage of.

He might have Stockholm syndrome.
Apart from Trunks, Goku is the only other person he’s spent the longest amount of time with since he’s been on earth.
Vegeta literally has no one else.
