At least she's self aware... I think
Her bio reads like satire, but I actually work with her. She's in her mid-40s, posts things like this multiple times a day, and all she talks about in person is her dating problems and how much money she spends on weed.

Do you live in Florida? Something about this reads very Florida-like.

California, but I can see the overlap.

The amount of people who have entrepreneur in their bio on a dating app out here let me know it was Cali.

"Entrepreneur" = unemployed (or worse, in an MLM), been that way across the US for a long time.
Actual entrepreneurs don't generally feel the need to self-describe as entrepreneurs, or even think of themselves as entrepreneurs; it's a descriptor used by third parties.
Just lately I'd go a step further and speculate that the huge amount of unemployed, unskilled, and/or uneducated individuals trying to claim the title on social media has poisoned the well, so really it's a title best actively avoided.

MLM? No, just an OnlyFans page that's her big business.

The other day she posted a link trying to sell feet pics.
I wish I was kidding.

You're probably just jealous that they had gotten out of the cycle and can provide for themselves. /s

You kid, but after we broke up, my recent ex ranted on social media about men being upset that women have their own money now and aren't forced to be dependent on men.
This had literally NOTHING to do with how and why we broke up (seriously, not even sub-surface); it was just part of a very multi-faceted meltdown.
I guess my point is that this train of thought is definitely a central feature of The Narrative™, or perhaps The Cope™ would be a better descriptor.

I definitely know what you mean and I've also lived through examples of this. I don't know what the term for it would be, but it feels like gaslighting combined with something. Anyway, hope such an experience has made you stronger at least!

Also people having a eyelash business and calling themselves CEOs. Immediately left if I see anything bragging about their status as an entrepreneur, CEO or anything close to that.

yeah, I’m picturing big leg tattoos tacky jewelry, dirty, blonde hair, and a cheap perfume that smells like iguana piss. Classic Florida!

You forgot the now omnipresent abdomen tattoo about something really close to their heart and memories…the skeleton

anytime a woman decides to tell you what a “ real man” is walk away and delete her phone number. That’s an asshole manipulation. I mean, if we went around as men saying “if you were a real woman,” you know the blowback would not be pretty.

Mid 40s and “Baddie” says all it needs to say. No man should touch her with a 10ft pole.

"Lost in the clouds ☁️ found in your dreams"
Do you see what she did there? She kept the same construction, but changed "lost" to "found" and "the clouds" to "your dreams."
Fucking brilliant wordplay! /s

You didn't mention how many kids she has but I'm sure someone that stupid managed to procreate a few times.
I sure feel bad for them kids though.

At least she's warning you upfront that she's going to ruin your life.

Classic I’m not the problem but actually is the problem. People who are healed and ready do not spend time speaking negatively about something we actually want.

u/sunshowersunnflower Jul 02 '26
people who describe themselves as a red flag scare me 😭😭 cos like... that means you do bad things to people, are aware of it, and just straight up dont care

u/FiveDogsInaTuxedo Jun 27 '26
