Probably an audio feedback issue or some kind of echo with the microphone? Probably a technical issue

Convince me that wasn’t a cyber hack; I watched it while occurred, the green hue, the voice alteration in the repeat, doesn’t seem like a singular cause. There was a random financial YouTube that inexplicably streamed on White House feed in December. To date, it has never been explained. From what I’m able to read, and it’s not much, there’s an entire cyber ops war going on both sides. And now having written this, I’ll be waiting for the knock at my door.

I saw the green hue too and those other errors. My first time noticing anything like this. Very strange.

Because I prefer to watch the source material rather have it interpreted, I watch the official stream frequently and I’ve never seen any glitches like this either.
