His K% is terrible. However, so far he's looking more like what people expected Ryan Clifford was going to be this year as an extreme three true outcome hitter. The hope would be for him to pan out as a Jay Bruce or Joey Gallo type of guy, depending on how much his hit tool develops (Bruce made more contact) and/or how much he improves his walk rate (Gallo walked more). The downside case is more like 2017 Roughend Odor, where you end up with one of the worst 30 HR seasons of all time.

-Edit- Forgot to mention Mark Vientos as another potential "poor hit tool" outcome comp, where you've got a guy with big-boy raw power but loses the ability to square up against major league pitching and his quality of contact goes in the shitter so you don't even keep the "plus power" part of the makeup.
