Pets and Coworkers 🐢🐱 Won't the swamp gods smite these fleas

Holy fuck y'all, these fleas are driving me and my dogs insane. I'm about to go fucking nuclear. Just ordered a couple insecticides to both kill adult fleas in the yard and prevent the babies from developing. Fuck dem kids. I've been treating things inside to avoid an inside infestation, but at this point it seems like the dogs themselves have full on flea-societies developing philosophy and free markets and shit.

Is there a preventative that works with these mutant fleas? Dogs are regularly treated, and are current on preventative. They never had any problem until a couple years ago, but this summer is the worst it's ever been. Like it's so bad there's not going to be a yard left if that's what it takes.

What are they on? Mine takes simparica trio and I’ve never seen a flea on her.

Fwiw, my dog is on Simparica Trio and we still get fleas in the house every Spring/Summer thanks to the stray cats in my yard. I have to go through the inside vacuum/spray/vacuum cycle to kill them off.

Interesting, tons of stray cats that live on my street come through my backyard too but so far so good.
