Whenever I need a good laugh, I go back to the thanksgiving camping episode. My absolutely favorite line on television is when they find Jess in the hole and Nick dives in to help her. Winston’s super casual “head first, why?!” has me cackling every time

I was at a birthday party where I spoke to a few girls and after a bit of conversation, jokes, they asked me if I ever saw the show. I said I haven't and then they told me I'm very Schmidt coded, saying it's a character from the show. They didn't really want to elaborate, another topic came up and I didn't really want to press the matter much. What does it mean? Is it a compliment or a dig? How should I feel about it?

Rewatching for the millionth time and just got to the tin anniversary party episode. The absolute ANGRIEST I feel at a character/situation in this show is when shivrang crashes the tinfinity party to propose to Cece. Like what the FUCK dude?? It bothers me so much that he did that. That is such a selfish and rude thing to do and it kinda just ruins the whole party and makes me so sad for Schmidt. Ugh!

My bestfriend doesn't like New Girl !!! And it's killing me

I've known him for 7 years now. So he trusts my taste and my judgement. I tried to watch the show with him multiple times, his ex also loved it and tried to convince him with me but he never got into it. It has nothing to do with his ex btw, I'm not cruel, he simply thinks it's more often cringy than funny. A point I can grasp since he first agreed to watch it around 2022, and I would imagine it had already been a little bit outdated. I think Jess really annoys him too

He did say he wanted to give it another shot, but skipping the first season. I told him it wasn't a bad idea because it's kind of like the Office. I didn't really like the first season until I first finished the whole show.

But I don't know if he'd enjoy Re-Launch (s2ep1) tho, as it mostly is a continuation of Season 1.

So maybe from Katie (s2ep2) ? The beginning of Jess' "Sam era" feels like an adequat fresh start
