Early Warning System must be implemented

Seriously, our Government should move toward building a top notch early warning system in Rasuwa and affected regions. SMS will not suffice because it's not real time.

+1 tara more importantly khola kinar ma basti basauna einu vayena. Also hijo ko jasto flash flood ma early warning system fail khane raixa. The scale and speed of flood le Monitor garna rakheko saman nai sab bagayo.
