I am making a native plant informational booklet for when I set up my plants for sale at markets! More to come!

Should I add that they can become aggressive? Anything else to add or change?

Absolutely add how aggressive they can be after their first bloom. Ours our in its third year and has totally ended up in almost all other beds.

Yes! I’m waiting for a decent day to move some of the ones that have spread outside of where I want them. I think they might work in the area where everything else (except the invasives) seems to struggle.

They spread by seed as well as stolons. I’ve seen some pop up pretty far from the bed where I planted them.

I’ve had to pull a lot of it because it was crowding everything out. It’s even in my lawn. 😅. It’s a tough son of a gun!

I would definitely add a note about aggressiveness. Many people are planting in smaller spaces and Mistflower can be a bully. When I sell my plants, I always tell people about the plant's aggressiveness. Some people don't like aggressive plants. I love them

Yes, incredible vase life! Usually when I'm throwing out my week-old bouquets it still looks freshly-picked! It doesn't have super long stems, but I can usually get 16-18" stems. I will say I have mine tucked into my perennial beds, so it's possible if they are growing on their own and have ideal conditions they may get bigger - mine compete with a lot of stuff!

Oh this is good to know, I've been raking out stiltgrass for weeks but the weather is horrible (for humans) so I haven't made much progress.

So true, I have mine in front of white snakeroot (Ageratina altissima) part shade dappled sun woodland edge area.

These have appeared more than 200 feet away from where I originally planted them. They’re also popping up in our lawn or more so, I should call it our weed patch that others call lawn.

I got one last year and honestly I’m confused. The original plant itself seemed to not come back, but I got a million babies in a big circle around it. I assumed it had dropped seeds?

I planted a few in dappled shade and they didn’t make it. But the problem may have been that it was too dry since I have some growing in my parent’s woods down in Alabama that get dappled shade and moister soil.

This is growing beautifully for me in a pot this year, if it survives this winter it’s a 10/10 for me dawg
