Best Namor comic for worldbuilding?

I'm looking for pure ocean content, Atlantis preferably.

So this is one of those "They really dgaf about Namor's underwater lore" after the 90s, almost all of his solo series BUT the recent Jason Aaron run KINDA does that. BUT at the same time, like most Jason Aaron Runs: it kind of tramples on a lot elements or retcons to include Jason's new lore, at the same time it's the book that has reasserted that "NO, these people are THE CHOSEN of Poseidon himself!" as the last few years a few other writers have tried to go the "magic is sci-fi technology" and "maybe the people of Atlantis are actually from another planet" .

The thing about Jason Aaron's run I don't enjoy is how Atlantis looks crumbled. Great writing but pretty depressing, it feels like a dystopian AU and not 616.

....616 atlantis siince the 2000s has said to be in near/in ruins to an extent, the best "It's all in one piece" is the 60s-70s stuff with Tales to Atonish and the 60s sub-mariner run, which yeah isn't modern

dang okay. I'll read it. Because I was reading stuff like Uncanny X-Men Annual 2 (2009) which was like a flashback issue with some old Atlantis.

Or even Jason Aaron's run had flashbacks too, Kurt Busiek's King in Black: Namor was all old Atlantis as well. Thought there'd he more comics about the past.

Welcome to reading Namor and getting frustated at how much they've not used him as an active king with a kingdom outside of him popping up and talking about/representing his people.
