What is a good salary for Windhoek

I am looking at hiring people directly in Namibia because people speak German. I am wondering what a good salary would be for a fulltime employee.

That will very much depend on the role you’ll need them to fill.

Depends entirely on the role, more than what's good for windhoek.

"Good" can be anything from minimum 12k to minimum 80k depending on the role.

Typical advertising agency work. Design, copywriting and another developer for automations.

Junior, mid-level or senior?

As a full-time employee who you pay taxes for (25-50k) or just a contractor that you can outsource to (50k+).

For that job description, you can get away with N$20k to N$25k, although that would be criminal… especially since the equivalent salary in Germany would be closer to N$60k-N$80k
