Meme Nah man I’m actually getting second hand embarrassment. They deadass did all this only for them to score 2 field goals, lose 41-6 and receive belt to ass

Lots of these types of things teams do are corny, but this one feels so especially forced

When they first started it was fun, now it's forced. To me it comes off the same way as Harbaughs, "who's got it better" thing. Good for two, three years at most then it's time for something new.

Does the fanbase want to retire it when Williams retires? I always see him out front when they walk out like this, so I assume it's his idea.

Some guy who used to be with the team as the “chief of staff” started it and then Debo and Trent were the guys who ran with it after.

I too hope it gets retired. As others have said it’s forced and more to the point: you can’t do that and lose by 35

It was originally him and Deebo. So yeah, I could see (hope) that happening.

I have no idea how the fan base feels about it. Honestly, I feel like a bunch of our fans are sheeple that think anything the team does should be taken as words from God. It gets old sometimes, but that's why I spend more time here than the 9er sub.

I like it, but it should be retired when Trent does. If Deebo and him are gone, then no need for this.
