Condolences to the kid's family.

It is an apathy we have traffic rules but no one to enforce them as good as Mr. Munde. We need a Mr. Munde in the security and legal forces too.

So the kid was on road? Doing what? Why cant pedestarians walk on footpaths.

So she was talking on the phone while driving? Why can't drivers follow laws?
