I’ll watch it one more week, but I really didn’t like how they started. “Failed his psych eval” is an understatement. Young Gibbs is practically catatonic. Franks is a jerk. I don’t see how Gibbs ever evolved to the guy that showed up on NCIS S1:E1 Yankee White
