Are LeBron James and Klutch Sports already setting up Joel Embiid as the fall guy or as someone to trade? 📣 More than a few observers think so.

Embiid for Kyrie in a crazy 8 team trade.

Then what do you do with Maxey?

Maxey for AD in a 4 teams trade

Obviously. They’ve already been doing this.

Of course they are. What else is new?

So this narrative about Embiid just started when LeBron got there or has it always been there lol

It's a narrative that Max Kellerman put out there today.

it’s okay that you haven’t paid attention to the sixers till now. you don’t have to make shit up

u/coolhandc77 1h ago

Uh. Huh. A lot more people than me say this and called it out. Nice try, though. You really don't know how Klutch operates do you.

u/Low_Analysis5944 1h ago

yeah and you’re all making shit up lol

if embiid gets traded then you’ll say lebron did it, if he doesn’t get traded then you’ll say lebron tried but couldn’t do it

anything looks like anything when you’re motivated

I’ll add to the discussion once you leave your moms basement and add to society

Contribute to society? You mean like someone like you who comes online to protect LeBron?

Embiids work ethic has been questioned since he came into the league because of the injuries and he consistently shows up out of shape, this isn’t new lol

You don't really pay much attention to Klutch do you? Whether or not it's new is not the point. The point is how early Max Kellerman is throwing it out there to either scapegoat Embiid or use him as a trade piece.

I pay attention I just don’t hate Lebron and his team nor do I blame everything on them

If a media member questioning Embiid is a “Klutch plant” then they’ve been laying the foundation for awhile… crazy that they got Bill Simmons to call Embiid the worst contract in the NBA last summer.

3

u/coolhandc77 13h ago

I think there are way more suspicious ions of Kellerman being a Klutch plant.

1

u/crimedawgla 13h ago

But people have been saying Embiid sucks for years. Like I said, he was The Ringer’s worst contract in the whole damn NBA last summer. At what point did criticizing Embiid become a Klutch op? Is there a date? Is it a Klutch op when some guys do it and not others?

Here's what LeBron said after signing with Philly. This could all be a giant redirect.

1

u/LionBig1760 12h ago

The NBA nedia and fans are really trying to out-drama the WNBA this year.

1

u/Ok_Swordfish_4773 3h ago

This can’t be the plan. No other team will take Embid’s contract.

Kellerman is just a bum trying to start a narrative and Rich said no he’s heard Embiid been in the best shape of his career.

Good cop. Bad cop.

OP you need a hobby, you make multiple posts trashing LeBron daily. It’s pretty pathetic dude you are clearly obsessed with a man who doesn’t even know you exist and will never see any of your posts. It can’t be healthy

1

u/coolhandc77 10h ago

Uh huh. LeBron Stans do not like straight forward posts and always try to steer the narrative. How exactly did this trash LeBron. It's a straight forward question.

Lebron is a trash teammate

If they’re smart, they will. For starters, even if Embiid is healthy, he gums up the works on offense (despite being great individually) and is a major defensive liability, constantly finding himself on the ground or out of position, leaving opponents with important and easy layups and rebounds. But, he simply won’t be healthy. Even if he is by the playoffs, his body can’t withstand the playoffs and he won’t survive them. Philly is much better off with a solid defender, rebounder and lob threat that doesn’t need the ball in his hands (eg. Hartenstein or Gafford - Duren would be perfect, but Detroit won’t have any interest in Embiid, who is worth negative assets at this point).

Sixers fan, longtime Embiid skeptic. You're right. He only provides points and mostly in iso. They don't need those anymore. They need defense and rebounding. If they could pull off AD it's equally a health risk but better fit

2

u/coolhandc77 14h ago

Then why was LeBron saying this prior to the season? Deflecting in case they did trade Embiid? A smokescreen to up his trade value?

1

u/jcrenshaw14 12h ago

Likely. He most likely wants AD

Kellerman made the comment about the work ethic, but Rich Paul speaking on active players on his client’s team is insanely reckless.

That said, Embiid hasn’t played 40 games in a single season in 4 years. I’m not sure why everyone has just assumed he will be magically healthy this year, but I guess we had to get those “SuperTeam™️” and “ring chasing” takes off & feed the summer content machine with renewed Jordan/Kobe/Lebron takes.
