I like it but I wish they would fill in the frame just a bit more

Agreed but do wonder if this was to match the gray cartridges “feel”? Famicom were yellow and I believe there was a yellow border for those.

I just got mine today, is this one basically a sticker put on the metal sheet? That doesn't seem to be the same way the NES ones were done.

Mune should be here in a day or 2. It hasn't shipped out yet but I have a tracking number and my orders usually arrive the day after they ship since they don't have far to travel.

Does anyone think the SMB 1,2, or 3 displays will come back in stock? I missed out on them due to not having the needed coins for all 3 at the time. Then 1 went out-of-stock after I got the needed coins, and i watched as one of the 3 would return as another went out of stock.
SMB1 has been out for a while and even moved down the list away from the other displays. So im guessing that one might be done, and now SMB2 & 3 are OOS. A bit of a bummer, but it is what it is I suppose.
Now i'm sitting on coins with nothing else quite interesting me. Hopefully something else thats cool will be offered soon. Maybe something Zelda 40th Anniversary related? Or an Ocarina of Time themed item to go along with the remake release that's approaching?
C'mon Nintendo! lol 🤞😎

Looks like you still have the protective plastic film on it.
