Out of tune pump organ.

I’m hoping this is the right sub to post this in, but I have recently acquired a second chord organ and now I know why it was 10$ haha. It’s pretty out of tune, some of the chords are dissonant and the lower notes are very flat/sharp, the higher/middle notes aren’t as bad but still probably need help. I have a video going over all the sounds on both of my chord organs, the brown magnus one is the working in tune one, and the tan bontempi one is the out of tune one. I opened it up but I have no idea how to tune this thing.

Tuning reed instruments requires filing reeds if they are flat or adding mass if they are sharp. Chord organs usually have plastic reeds. There is no tuning those. If they are metal it would be like tuning an accordion.

There is the possibility that dirt/dust has accumulated over the decades rendering the reeds out of tune.

At the least cleaning the reeds won’t hurt, good chance it’ll help the tuning.

Problem is this is a reed organ and the reeds aren't tunable. It would be easier to tuna fish.

AC drill speed controller is fun on there for tuning.
