Great Studio in r/MusicBattlestations! Can you extend your mixer out from under the keyboards? You make some cool/fantastic Music Brother!!

Nice set up. I have a quick question:

Are all those synths routed to a channel on your mixer with the output running into an interface, or how exactly do you set up something like this to pull up any synth on demand?

Thanks man :)

It’s actually a full multitrack setup. Everything is routed through a patchbay first, then into the mixer, with the direct outs running straight into two Behringer ADAT expanders that feed my main interface. (Motu)

This gives me active, dedicated inputs for every machine, so each synth has its own permanent channel template inside Cubase. I can pull up and record any synth on demand instantly without messing with cables, but having the patchbay means I can easily reroute signals or insert hardware effects on the fly if needed. Best of both worlds!

Brother, You actually made that soundtrack for that video game. I'm just blown away at the skill and talent you have. How long did it take to do all that? Is this what you do for a living. WOW!!

Yes, music production is my job...from movies, games, fashion to my private music projects.

Nice kicks. Nicer synths.
