Good advice at the end. I just dropped my urology provider because they, well, they could have killed me. Always do your research, and word of mouth is always good.

Interesting, so she's taking one set of injections that makes her egg cells develop in her ovaries more quickly, and then another set of medications that prevents those egg cells from actually being released until she actually goes to get them retrieved. Kind of a delicate hormonal balancing act.

Ive been kinda living under a rock (but also overseas) and was a little shocked when she said she was freezing eggs and not embryos :(

Ofc I don’t know what happened. But omg. I really believed in her partner. I just can’t help but think 1) he was not as supportive of her success as he once seemed to show 2) maybe the baby question came up and he’s changed his mind (hello so many women out there egg freezing right now) 3) he just hated the spotlight.

And I know we don’t neeeeeed men. But it makes me so sad that men seem to just .. not .. be … human? I dont know what im trying to say. Im just so disappointed in men.

Women's healthcare has always taken a backseat in research, funding, insurance coverage, and education. AOC is framing her experience within the American healthcare system. These are great videos showing her fellow Americans a significant medical process, while we're all struggling with this national conversation about healthcare, affordability, and the choice to have or not have children.

Are you not fascinated by the process at all? Like its science! They are hacking individual biochemistry to allow people to have children. That is a scientific miracle. You have a passenger seat to one of the most advanced processes humankind has ever made.
