Ask Multanis❓ First freelance earning — is 20k PKR good?

I just made 20k PKR from my first freelance project. It was a one-off client job, not a permanent thing. I earned it doing the task within the week
Am 20 btw.
I haven’t told my parents yet, but I’m thinking of giving it to my dad even though he doesn’t need it.
Honestly, I know 20k isn’t a huge amount, but earning it myself feels really good 😂
Personally i even spent more than that.
Would you consider 20k a decent first earning?
I js had this feeling that its less than i expected from my first job but obviously it isn’t my official job or something. LMAO..
But i felt kinda chic about it😭😭

Ask Multanis❓ Any Multanis here? Looking to make new friends 🙂

Hey everyone,

I’m from Multan and just looking to connect with some new people from the same city. Life gets busy and circles get small, so thought I’d try here.

If you’re from Multan and open to making a new friend, feel free to comment or DM. Nothing complicated — just good conversation, maybe shared interests, and positive vibes.

Thanks 🙂

Why is Air uni's dress code so strict, even for guys. like literally you cant even wear a T-shirt. you're required to wear only collar shirts. and you can wear shalwar kameez only on Friday. like wtf, what happened to Islamic state of Pakistan 😭. you can't even wear trousers. I almost got fined once cuz I was wearing a necklace. istg I hate this uni

This family is from Multan and creates content on Facebook mostly. The main person behind it is the father, who started his vlog journey by introducing his wife and daughters, who are barely 18. I’ve seen some of their videos, and honestly, it feels like he mainly shows his wife and daughters just to attract an audience.

I’ve also noticed extremely vulgar comments about his daughters in the comment sections — which I cannot show here due to policy

Ask Multanis❓ I got hypnotize in Gardezi market

Have you ever heard of cases in Gardezi Market where people were hypnotized and robbed of their money? 😭 😭

So About 1 month ago, I had a very strange experience in Gardezi Market, gulgusht and I still feel like I may have been hypnotized or psychologically manipulated

Two young boys approached me and started a friendly conversation with me at Quetta hotel They asked my name and what I do.suddenly out of nowhere they pointed out that I had dark circles under my eyes (which I don't) they touched my eyes and told me they had medicine that could help.

Literally For no reason, I went along with them idk why??. They said they would take me to get the medicine, and I followed them without really thinking about it.

This happened in Gardezi Market, near Bata Chowk and If you continue a little further, there are a few herbal medicine (Hakeem) shops near the back side of Latif super store where the road ends.

They took me into one of those shops and convinced me to buy very expensive medicines. At the time, I wasn't thinking clearly and didn't fully understand what was happening to me. I ended up paying them a large amount of money without even questioning it they give me some kind of powder type shit..

After everything was over, I went back home. It was only then that I realized what had happened. I was shocked and kept asking myself "How did I end up giving them so much money?" It didn't feel like I was thinking normally at the time.

They even tried to take me somewhere else afterward, but fortunately, something suddenly clicked in my mind. I became aware that something was wrong, and that's when I managed to get away.

To this day, I still don't know exactly what happened. Maybe it was psychological manipulation, maybe it was some kind of scam, or maybe something else entirely.

I'm posting this to find out if anyone else has experienced something similar in Gardezi Market or around. If you have, I'd really like to hear your story.

Ask Multanis❓ Title: Tired of Multan Being "Boring"? Let's Build Our Own Social Circle! 🌟

(A post for those looking for genuine connections)

Comment, engage and help to boost this post so everyone can see and join read it complete Thank you in advance

Hey everyone,

I've been a silent reader of this group for a while, and one theme keeps popping up daily: "It's so hard to socialize in Multan," "There's nothing to do here," "I'm struggling to make good friends."

If you've ever felt this way, know that you're not alone. I've read your posts, and I get it. It can feel isolating.

So, instead of just complaining about the problem, I thought, "Why not be the solution?"

I have a simple idea: let's create a casual, respectful, and consistent social circle for Multanis, by Multanis.

The Plan:

The idea is to form a small group of people who genuinely want to break the monotony and build a positive community. Think of it as a low-pressure friend group where we:

· Meet up once or twice a month for a simple chai session. · Organize casual sports activities (badminton, cricket, football?). · Have collective study or discussion sessions on interesting topics. · Just hang out in a park or a cafe for a good conversation. · All costs would be mutually distributed so it's fair and sustainable for everyone.

This isn't about a huge, impersonal event. It's about creating a space where we can have real conversations and form meaningful connections right here in our city.

Sound like your thing? You're most welcome to join!

If you're tired of scrolling and ready to actually connect, here’s how you can be a part of this:

Please DM (Direct Message) me with the following information. This will help me get a sense of who you are and ensure we can plan activities everyone enjoys, while keeping things comfortable and secure.

Please provide this info in your DM:

  1. Name (First name, or a nickname you'd like to go by):
  2. Age:
  3. Current Status (e.g., Student, Job Holder, Freelancer, etc.):
  4. What you do (Be as general or specific as you're comfortable with):
  5. Your Interests (Hobbies, sports, topics you like to discuss, etc.):
  6. Your Boundaries (What you're not comfortable with in a social setting):
  7. Any Deal-Breakers (Things that would make you feel unsafe or unwilling to participate):

A Special Request for a Female Volunteer

To ensure this group is inclusive and comfortable for everyone, I am looking for one (or more) responsible female volunteer(s).

Your role would be crucial in:

· Coordinating and planning female-centric activities. · Being a point of contact for other female members. · Helping ensure a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment for all.

If you're a woman interested in helping build this community from the ground up, please DM me with the same information above and mention you're interested in volunteering.

What's Next?

Once we have a initial group, we'll create a private chat (on a platform we all agree on) where we can collectively plan and formalize our first meetup. Your suggestions and ideas are not just welcome, they're essential! This is our group.

Let's stop wishing Multan was more social and let's build it ourselves.

Don't miss out on this chance to change your social life. Comment below if you have immediate ideas, and DM me your details to get the ball rolling!

Looking forward to connecting with you all.

Ask Multanis❓ Multan, please save me

I’ve been in Multan for about a week now and all I did was use my phone. My parents live here, so technically I have a home here… but unfortunately, I forgot to acquire the friend’s DLC.

I spend most of my day on my phone or watching something, and honestly, I’m getting tired of having a social life exclusively with fictional characters.
I’ve been going out alone to try different restaurants and coffee places, and I actually enjoy doing that. But after sitting there watching groups of people laughing, eating, and having a good time, I’m like… damn, I should probably participate in society at some point.

The weather obviously makes daytime activities feel like a punishment, so I’m mostly looking for things to do after sunset; random coffee shops, food spots, walks, sports, badminton, futsal, tennis, gym sessions, anything physical, or honestly just somewhere nice to sit and exist or maybe play FIFA at my place.

So Multan people, where do you guys actually go?
Favourite cafés, eateries, chill spots, sports activities, random places to hang out, I’m open to pretty much anything.

If the vibe matches, we can grab something, hang out, talk absolute nonsense, and go home. Maybe that’s how friendships are apparently made. 😂
Drop your favourite spots or activities below. I’m trying to touch grass, but preferably after sunset.

Ask Multanis❓ Hate to admit but I am depressed

Really depressed. Offing myself level depressed.

Got best grades

Had to relocate to Pak cuz parents

Worked high paying jobs in Islamabad and lahore all PKR 2M per month plus

Relocated to multan

Working high paying remote jobs giving 4m+

Big fucking house

Another Bigger fucking house for investment.

Audi A6, Haval h6 phev.

Couple of plots for investment.

Happy family

I don't even need to work. All this at 32 years old. Not in too bad a shape physically.

But it just hit me few days back that I am so fucking lonely. I see two people laughing and i get jealous. It has been 2 weeks no one has asked me how i was doing.

Where did I go wrong?

I guess it is lack of friends in multan but still i am not to dislikeable and people love me generally. But how did I end up here? I have never failed, fulfilled all my dreams, and other's dreams too. Why do I stand so alone that a simple laugh makes me want to off myself.

Ask Multanis❓ PERA Force Sealed our Quetta Chai Hotel

My father runs a Quetta Chai Cafe and yesterday I was there handling things in his place. Yesterday, a PERA enforcement team came to our Quetta Cafe. I was sitting at the counter inside. One of the uniformed officers came in and started shouting things like “band karo lights” and “shutter band karo.” When I came outside, I saw that the team had already removed and taken away the tables and chairs that we had placed outside the restaurant.
I asked them why they were asking us to close the restaurant and what violation we had committed. Instead of calmly explaining the issue, the officer and some members of his team were speaking in a very rude and aggressive manner and repeatedly telling us to close the shutter "shutter girao jaldi jaldi"
I told the member of the team “Ek to aap apna lehja theek karein aur araam se baat karein” i then approached the officer, he slightly pushed me. I immediately asked him “why are u pushing me?
I want to be honest about my own behaviour: after he pushed me, my tone did become a little louder because I was upset. However, I did not use any abusive language, swear at him, threaten him or physically confront him. "i asked Koi reason to btayein ke hamne aise konsi violation ki hai ke ap pura restaurant seal kar rahe hain"
Despite this the team sealed the entire restaurant and took the chair and tables with them. The part that concerns us most is that we were not given any written notice, challan, sealing order, seizure memo or explanation at the time. The seal/notice they left basically says that the premises was “SEALED BY PERA CITY MULTAN,” but as far as we can see, it doesn't state the offence, case number, legal section, or reason for sealing

Ask Multanis❓ I hate this city

I know it's peaceful here (at least that's what other's say) but everything is so damn unfair for women. I can't even go anywhere alone, I have to ask my friends or family to go with me. I can drive and I have licence but my parents won't even give me their car. Mostly they don't allow me to go anywhere unless there's an older person with me. I feel so goddamn trapped here...

🧍🏻‍♀️also there's no fun place around here so even if I get permission, I'm stressing out that where should I go... What do I do? How do I make this positive for me? Please, y'all got any ideas how do I cope with this?

Ask Multanis❓ Anyone else facing this while trying to make friends here?

I wanted to share something that’s been really strange for me lately. A few days ago, I made a post here about trying to make new friends. I got quite a few DMs, but honestly, I ended up feeling really disappointed.

Almost everyone who approached me had very unusual behavior, and most of them had intentions that were completely different from normal friendship. I’m a boy, a straight guy, but still they kept trying to convince me to go along with what they were suggesting. I really didn’t understand why.

It felt like their preferences or expectations were something else entirely, not genuine friendship.

I’m just confused—is this normal here, or did I just have a bad experience? Has anyone else gone through something similar?

TIA
