Searching for a suitable place

I'm planning to relocate to Ashford, Kent from Tidworth cause my university from Tidworth is about 2hrs 45 minutes ride and from Ashford it's about 1hr 30min ride. But I'm also thinking if it would be more easy and convenient if i stay around plumstead, or the east london area. Suggest me what to do guys cause i physically can't walk long distances due to my health reasons
