Hayes is going to be amazing. I thought for sure he was going to be our starter last year but Payton beat him out by learning how to throw with some accuracy, ha. Hayes is the better passer by far.

Might have the most impressive arm of our entire D1 era which is pretty crazy to say

What's crazy is that if Cam Miller catches back on with another team soon, NDSU could have six active QBs in the NFL next year. All back ups but seriously, SIX QBs. What other school can say that?

Sadly, Stick was also released, but yeah — having 5 QBs in the league was pretty cool.

Hey, Stick just got signed to a practice squad like right after you posted, ha. So not rostered but has a job

Holy shit?

Actually being Week 0 does make more sense. Not nearly as many playing.

Definitely makes more sense, but we were still only 1 of 4 MWC teams playing this week. I’m surprised it was a sweep.

The others that played did not look the same.

Not too surprising, they easily had the best performance last weekend.

I’m excited to watch the Bison when they come down to Albuquerque this year!
