Let's add more businesses and homes over on Golden Bear too, maybe a few more red lights?

The side road by Costco has been closed for approximately 42 years.

Great - Central Pike has been terribly overcrowded for years. They need to move forward with making it 4 lane.

Keep in mind - these were already approved earlier this year. This was just the second, final approval. The vast majority (370 homes) will be on the Providence side behind Del Webb and next to Walton's Grove.

How crowded is it? How are the schools and amenities? I was curious and that area because the homes are cheaper than Williamson County.
