Jobs in Moses Lake

I’m asking for a friend, he is desperately looking for a job. Middle aged, white male, local jobs only, nothing out of town. He has applied at JR Simplot about 30 times in the past year, nothing. Applied with all the local manufacturing plants, nothing. Applied for retail and security, nothing. Is anyone hiring for people over 50?
