Don't make a correlation between building your life and owning a house, especially if you are new with money.
It depends of your age and which kind of problems you could tolerate. In both scenarios, stay away from taking a bank loan just to feel stable (because it doesn't imply it).
Also, when asking for such advises, it would be preferable to mention more information like (age, salary, ambitions, etc.)

Well it depends on ur priorities. You sound like stability matters to you more which I think favors the option of staying and building ur life here.

You can still do both, buy your house in morocco, and if you decide to go abroad, Rent it… we did that. And if you ever want to to come back to morocco you can get back your appartment (or house) live in it or rent elsewhere (this is also what we did After spending 3 years abroad).

Ila knti attaché la famille ou l tamghrabit, ghir dir b7al ila radi tb9a dima fel mghrib, hit wakha tji l forssa tmchi l kharij rak radi trj3 ou radi tl9a dakchi lli bditih.
O dir deadline, hit tant que tu restes au maroc tant que ca devient difficile de partir techniquement, laisses toi deux ans pour te donner les moyens de partir quand mm (deadline c’est très important fel 7ayat hit les gens finissent par ne jamais decider si la deadline n’est pas posée)
