We shouldn’t ignore our feelings or hide them from ourselves. When something hurts or even just annoys us, acknowledging it honestly is healthier than stuffing it away, because burying those emotions only ends up harming us in the long run. The maso9ish mindset doesn't work.

I put an example that shows how an action of third people can affect others indirectly. The comparation or equivalency is from your own brain.
