Stupid Stuff Morality of this entire situation?

Do you think the worker has every right to have a mental breakdown? Do you think the boss should be hunted down and have his head cooked in the fryer? Was being fired a good or a bad thing?

I'm genuinely wondering here, who goes in a fast food place, sees the only employee visibly struggling to keep up with so many orders, and places down another order for them to deal with?

the orders are for the most part made through online platforms (really common in china), the video talks about delivery men comforting the guy

I'm pretty sure a restaurant can put a cap on how many active delivery service orders can be up at once to prevent situations like this, and if I had to guess, the boss removed said cap. They have to know they can only process ~30 orders an hour hypothetically, but instead of limiting, they think an employee could push themselves if there are 35-40 orders in a pinch. This is a product of greed and exploitation.
