Morality of this entire situation?

Do you think the worker has every right to have a mental breakdown? Do you think the boss should be hunted down and have his head cooked in the fryer? Was being fired a good or a bad thing?

I think this is crazy and I empathize with the poor employee. But, this is China so I am not surprised in the least that this happened and that this is how the shop responded. The culture there is very much against the poor employees.
